For Jetour, treating customers well goes beyond offering good products and service – it underpins the brand’s strategy within a highly competitive local automotive market. By prioritising community and connection through initiatives such as customer events, Jetour is strengthening loyalty and creating memorable experiences that turn buyers into ambassadors for the brand.
This philosophy was at the heart of the recent Women’s Month customer event held at the Vineyard Hotel in Newlands, Cape Town, where ten customers were treated to lunch, spa treatments and an opportunity to network and meet fellow customers.
Welcoming guests at the event on the day was Courtney Knowles, Brand and Public Relations Manager at Jetour South Africa. “This is a celebration of the women of Jetour and we are here to celebrate you!”
“Thanks for such an awesome day of celebrating women and not just any women – women who are fellow supporters of my new favourite brand…. Jetour,” says Laeeqa Khan, one of the customers who attended this exclusive event. “It is great to meet with likeminded women who have purchased a Jetour, one of the best-looking vehicles on the road at the moment,” she says.

“The features are amazing, it drives so well, and I can highly recommend it. The Jetour is comfortable and affordable and something you will love to drive,” says another customer, Tanya Williams, about her Jetour Dashing.
First introduced to South Africa in September 2024, Jetour has already secured a place among the country’s top 15 automotive brands, with their 5-seater Dashing and 7-seater X70 Plus. Next month also sees the launch of the brand’s first all-wheel drive SUV T-series.
Over the past year, Jetour has hosted various customer days around the country, including the Jetour Festival held in Johannesburg in May, which had over 3 000 customers attending.
This Women’s Month event also welcomed some prominent women motoring and lifestyle journalists, giving them first-hand insight into the pride and passion of Jetour customers.
Building on its customer-centric approach, Jetour also launched the Jetour Owners Club in South Africa this month, which will see members enjoy exclusive discounts, access to special events, and tailored deals on merchandise, accessories, and experiences.
